Quick reference for staff and students using the CMR Library portal and associated endpoints.
Quick Start
- Scan the kiosk QR code with your personal device to link your session.
- Choose "Check In" or "Check Out" after scanning the kiosk QR, or use the desktop endpoint at the workstation.
- Staff can search history using the History > Search page.
Troubleshooting
- If scanning fails, check kiosk network connectivity or reload the kiosk display.
- For authentication issues, verify your district account status or re-register your passkey.
- Contact the Help Desk (ext 7093) or Datacenter (ext 6071) for persistent problems.
Authentication Options
Supported methods:
- Student ID: Fast entry for kiosks and the desktop app.
- Username & Password: Use district credentials where available.
- Passkey: Register a passkey for passwordless login (mobile device required).
Security Notes
Do not share credentials or passkeys. Report suspicious activity to the Help Desk immediately.
